Responsibilities

  • Keboola Platform Management: Manage and maintain data pipelines and integrations within the Keboola platform, ensuring seamless data flow across various systems.
  • Data Transformation: Design and implement ETL processes to transform raw data into meaningful insights using Keboola.
  • SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to manipulate, retrieve, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Data Integration: Connect multiple data sources and ensure accurate data integration between internal systems and external tools.
  • Automation: Automate recurring data tasks and processes using Keboola’s automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to data pipelines, integrations, and transformations. Provide ongoing support to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our data analyst, internal IT team, finance team, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Documentation: Document all processes, workflows, and data models to ensure transparency and continuity within the team.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Keboola platform, including data integration, transformation, and automation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries), and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data management principles, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI (PowerBI is preferred – we are a MS systems-based company)
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
