Software Tester

We are looking for a skilled and curious Software Tester to join our team at Creditinfo CEE. You will dive into newly developed features, analyze, test, and contribute to delivering high-quality products to clients around the world. We’re seeking someone who enjoys challenges, has experience with manual and API testing, and is eager to grow in the area of test automation. You’ll collaborate with an agile SCRUM team, have room for initiative, and the opportunity to impact the final product quality. What you will focus on

  • Learn about newly developed product features, explore, analyse and test them
  • Challenge assumptions / requirements / specifications and test them
  • Cooperate with other SCRUM team members in order to deliver products that satisfy client needs
  • Own the testing domain in the SCRUM team
  • Coach SCRUM team members in testing in order to improve team output
  • API and UI testing
  • Use different testing techniques based on product and feature analysis which should be a best fitting blend of manual testing and automated testing using tools such as Postman and Playwright
  • Comprehensively report bugs found in Azure devops
  • Provide test support to product releases

What you should know

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing (e.g. Integration, System, Regression, Smoke and Sanity Testing)
  • Knowledge of API testing with Postman or other tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and XML
  • Understanding of automated testing and ability to learn new frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of English language (both verbal and written)

What you should have

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually to achieve shared objectives and drive process change
  • Experience working with an in-development team using Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions

It will be nice if you have or know

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent area
