Hrefna has been the CEO of Creditinfo Iceland since 2021. She previously held the position of Managing Director of Asset Management and Brokerage at Landsbankinn. She also worked as the Director of the Listing Division at the Iceland Stock Exchange and previously as the Director of Personal Services at Fjárvangur. Hrefna is also one of the founding members of IcelandSIF, an independent forum for discussion and education on responsible and sustainable investments.

Elba Manzanilla Zapata – Head of Legal | Vice Chair

“As a young woman in leadership in the extended financial services and tech sector it is clear there is work to be done towards inclusivity. Having the opportunity to do that within my workplace and as part of my executive role in the Creditinfo Group is a big deal for me.”

Elba heads the legal and compliance teams and is part of the Group Executive team. Elba has international legal training and diverse work experience in the legal area from LATAM to the EU. She has been with Creditinfo for close to 5 years, gaining experience in the credit referencing sector. She is passionate about getting more women to occupy decision making roles and is personally committed to contributing to that.
